An Australian mum living in a difficult (but not abusive) domestic situation, overseas in Malaysia. My life is a roller coaster of emotion, depending upon how I happen to be coping at the time. In between rantings, whinging and learning to deal with life, I also teach kids with special learning needs and have things to say on what life is like here. It's a brutally honest blog, so proceed to read with caution.
Please try to remind yourself that we all melt down sometimes and none of us ever really chooses to. It happens.
Also remember that you are awesome and you do not deserved to be hated by anyone, and certainly not by yourself.
No one who knows you or reads this blog (or both) could doubt that you have a heart of gold and an incredible commitment to being your best, even though you live in some of the most difficult circumstances imaginable.
Give yourself a pass on this one, listen to some good music, have a deep and dreamless sleep and know that it won't look so bad in the morning.
Thanks INC, you're a kind friend. I just don't how many passes I can give myself anymore. But I will sleep and listen to some music and you're probably right, in the morning it won't look so bad.
