~ It's a beautiful day outside - not too hot and it will rain later.
~ I actually went for a swim this morning and got some exercise - as opposed to thinking about it and then going back to sleep.
~ This sms from the mother of one of my students, a week ago: "Before Zhi Lin go to your home, she not good to speak, now she can talk many. thankyou for your teaching."
~ And the follow up sms yesterday, from the same mum: This time Zhi Lin test very good. She got 5 100% and 1 86% I am very happy :)
~ Our favourite lunch today - roasted pork and chicken with rice and cucumber on the side.
~ The cleaner is here - ahhhh, the smell of freshly washed floors, that I haven't had to do myself.
~ Daughter is happily singing away in Chinese while doing her homework.

Life is good. As often as we can see it, and know it, we are lucky, each and every time.
Life is good.
Wake up in the morning and appreciate the many who do not. Life is sooo good and more so when we are in the right frame of mind to realise it.
And when life serves you lemons just make some lemonade.
